A one-day workshop with a networking evening dinner, funded by the BBSRC & National Research Network (NRN), to stimulate research in anthelmintic discovery within Wales. The aims of this workshop were to: •Bring together chemists, biologist and parasitologists based in Wales to initiate research collaborations in anthelmintic discovery •Build a new consortium for parasite drug discovery lead by researchers in Wales •Engage national and international animal & human health industry and stakeholders in parasite drug discovery and development.
