The panel met on 01/03/2023 to decide the remit of the BBSRC Diet and Health Open Innovation Research Club (OIRC) - Consumer Lab. It was an interesting meeting bringing together a group of Psychologists interested in modifying human eating behaviour with the MRC team planning to use biomarker technology and passive microcameras to monitor diatary intake in community settings.
