Our society is becoming more complex than ever and the fast changing nature of our society is posing new challenges for policing. With this in mind, I am keen to work with academic partners to understand whether our policing activities are effective in responding to changing demand. I want to develop the
evidence base for policing in Dyfed-Powys and deliver this in line with a research strategy framework.
I am very keen to involve academics and colleagues not only from Dyfed-Powys but also from across Wales and further afield in developing a research strategy for Dyfed-Powys.
