The impact evidence below (that appeared in various media outlets) followed the publication of the study into healthy eating amongst post-16 students in Wales. Media attention this study received led to the increase call for introducing cookery lessons in schools for all pupils. This study was also the instigator for the teaching/learning intervention study that led to several publications, two of which feature in the proposed REF submissions.
