I currently work as an associate lecturer for our integrated foundation year schemes. Prior to this, I completed my PhD from Aberystwyth university in 2020 entitled 'Christian international volunteering: unpacking motivations and engagements with poverty, injustice and inequality. My research interests include religious geographies, post-secularism, global development and social and environmental justice. In 2014 I graduated from an undergraduate degree in Geography and then went on to study for a Masters in Regional and Environmental Policy, both as Aberystwyth. I also work for the international development charity Tearfund where I enjoy applying my research interests and findings.
