This second volume of Current Problems of Mexican Social Law reflects once again, as did the first, the current status of various aspects of social rights that have been recently approached by their novelty or their imaginative approach. La obra es fruto de la reflexión y del esfuerzo de nuestro claustro de maestros-investigadores, con sobre temas vigentes del mundo un enfoque creativo del derecho, que escapa a la rígida división entre derecho público, privado y social. The work is the result of reflection and effort of our faculty of teacher-researchers, with current topics of the world the right creative approach, which escapes the rigid division between public law, private and social. Como su antecesor, este volumen es rico en la variedad temática, pues incluye estudios sobre finanzas y ahorro popular; justicia indígena; derechos de las parejas del mismo sexo a la seguridad social; derecho urbanístico metropolitano; derecho laboral comparado; la salud como derecho humano y la insuficiencia de la protección actual de los derechos laborales. Like its predecessor, this volume is rich in the variety of themes, it includes studies on finance and saving popular indigenous justice, rights of same-sex couples to social security; metropolitan urban law, comparative labor law, health as human right and the inadequacy of the current protection of labor rights. Todos estos ensayos fueron elaborados no sólo por especialistas en las diversas disciplinas jurídicas aquí representadas, sino sobre todo por hombres y mujeres ocupados por encontrar respuestas, desde la óptica jurídica, a nuestros grandes problemas nacionales. All these tests were designed not only to specialists in various legal disciplines represented here, but mainly occupied by men and women to find answers, from the legal angle, to our great national problems.
