The objective of the paper is to study local stress-strained state accounting for mechanical features of contact interaction. A modelling antiplane problem for a semi-infinite crack approaching a layer from a matrix including this layer, has been considered. By means of the Fourier and Mellin transforms the problems is reduced to a singular integral equation with singularities at zero and at infinity, which is solved numerically. Numerical results are obtained for different values of the parameters. These results include: (i) stress intensity factors; (ii) stresses and displacement discontinuity along contacts; (iii) stresses in the front of the crack tip.
