• How AI can be used in the detection of breast cancer
• How self-driving cars can be used to measure the Welsh coastline
• How AI technology is used in Welsh manufacturing

AI and machine learning are playing an increasingly important role in both the public and private spheres, spanning consumer devices in our homes, healthcare, public service provision and beyond.
This event explored the evolving role of AI technologies in our lives, the challenges they present, and illustrate how policymakers can capitalise on technologies that will play a key role in the decade ahead and beyond.
This event highlighted some key research in this area as well as offering an informal opportunity to discuss some of the established and more innovative possible solutions.
