Description

The Brazilian Oat Meeting is a national conference that was held in Pelotas in 2016. Dr Langdon was invited to attend and give the plenary lecture. A collaboration was initiated to establish the possibility of using Brazilian diploid oat germplasm in Turkey and Kazakhstan, through common field trials co-ordinated by IBERS. An application to support this work was subsequently submitted to the UK GCRF.
