PanOat Consortium

Description

Three day workshop, consisting of a closed meeting for members of the PanOat consortium on day 1, a broader open meeting presenting cereal genomics related topics on day 2 and a networking day on day 3. BBSRC funding supported facilities and hospitality to allow attendance by colleagues from US and Europe as well as a number of UK institutions. In person and virtual presentations described a broad range of public or collaborative resources, from databases and bioinformatics tools to genotyping platforms and genetic resources. Industry, research and infrastructure groups presented and participated in discussions.
