Description
Two week workshop for MSc students from across Kazakhstan on plant breeding principles and methods. Students had a range of backgrounds and interests, all passed the final exam and expressed interest in the subject. Collaborations with Kazakh scientists were also discussed and funding for research projects (Newton) was sought.
