Description
A presentation followed by panel discussion to showcase and promote involvement with the Welsh Crucible research leadership development programme. An audience of ~50 early career researchers primarily from across Wales, but also some wider engagement from researchers looking to move to Wales. The primary aim was to highlight and promote the excellent opportunity provided by the Welsh Crucible programme to work on career development.
