Project was represented by JHI at the Westminster Food & Nutrition Forum: 'The role of science in food and agriculture - novel foods, sustainable intensification and challenges for policy.' During discussion the (potential and actual impact of oats in the diet was reinforced and the growth in the associated breakfast products over the last several years was identified. Oats as a model for other crops was discussed
