Description
Combind.Soil.GiS is a Dataset to support the paper "Un-muddying the Waters: Associations Between Soil Properties and Galba truncatula Presence on Farmland, with Implications for Fluke Control".
The dataset contains information for 146 habitats on farms in Wales. Most of this data is based on samples taken from the habitat itself, while the columns carbon, ph07, SOIl_GROUP, SOUL_TEX and SOIL_DEPTH are derived from data from the UK Soil Observatory.
All other files are the R files which were used during statistical analysis.
- Univariable_Code is for the initial univariable General Additive Models that were produced during model testing and construction.
- Combined_Stats_Code_Main is for the main General Additive Model produced during the study.
- Type_Test contains glmmTMB analysis of whether there are significant differences’ in the main variables between habitat types
- GIS_Script contains the script for visualisation of the GIS data compared to habitat based data
- Soil_Texture contains the code for creating a visualisation of soil clay, silt and sand across habitats
