160 Gb of data per day, and total of 1 Tb per run. Run time of 7 to 60 hours.
Uses sequencing by synthesis.
Process up to 8 human genomes at 30x coverage, each genome taking 27 hours.
Up to 2 simultaneous flow cells.
On-board instrument control computer, can also be accessed using wired in computer or over the internet.
