Description
Used to separate anionic analytes which are either anions in their common form can be ionized at high pH values.
Determines anionic analytes without derivatization.
Most known for carbohydrates, including mono-, di-, tri-, oligo- and polysaccharides, sugar alcohols, and amino sugars.
Oxidises anions on the surface of an electrode, which generates small current that the device is sensitive to, verifying the analyte. Pico- and femto- mol sensitivity can be achieved.
