Description
A milk analyzer for milk, cream, cheese, whey, yogurt and ice cream. Measures fat, protein, total solids, solids non fat, casein and FPD at up to 120 samples per hour.
Uses FTIR.
Auto-clean and auto-zero, preheating and homogenisation.
For milk, cream, whey, condensed milk and cream, ice cream mix, yoghurt mix, cheese milk, flavoured milk, UHT, and WPC.
Can also process already solid cheese when dissolved in a solvent.
