My role in the department is to ensure all the equipment is working and available so that students and staff can gain the most possible from its use. I am also in charge of adding to and improving the equipment we have, in order to make sure the department is as up to date and innovative as possible from a technical point of view. I also manage the department website and create graphical designs for the department either to print or for digital purposes.
Profile
Graduating from Aberystwyth University in 2014 with a Degree in 'Internet Computing and Systems Administration', Matt worked briefly on a number of projects as a website and brochure designer before he joined the department in January 2015 under the AberForward scheme, taking up his current role as technician in March of the same year.
