One award is made to an individual (academic) who meets some (or ideally all) of the following criteria:
> Encourages students to reflect on and develop their academic skills > Creates opportunities for students to develop wider personal skills for example: employability or collaboration skills > Helps students to feel a valued member of the university community > Support students in reflecting on their values and identity, and making plans to achieve their ambitions
