Abstract

The human mind has been one of the most intriguing enigmas since time immemorial. Understanding the brain and the secrets of its success is multidisciplinary research that involves a range of domains, such as engineering, computing, data science, neuroscience, and cognitive science. Robotics is almost the ideal platform for implementing our understanding of the brain on a physical system, and, at the same time, we may use it to further our understanding through the examination and testing of the robots we develop.
