Abstract
This film, commissioned by the Hydrocitizenship research project, examines the relationship between farmers in the Talybont area and the rivers that run through the landscape. Using approaches from documentary film-making interspersed with sculptural/performative sequences, this film asks how one might extrapolate the voices of farmers into wider debates about environmental policy and governance.
