Research output: Book/ReportBook

Abstract

Seeking a middle ground between the realist school thought, that the biggest gun makes the rules, and the idealist school, that national governments can pursue common interests, Olusanya (law, U. of Wales-Aberystwyth) sets out principles for identifying the aggressor in an international conflict from perspectives of international relations, international law, and general principles of criminal law.
