Abstract

In 2010 The Magdalena Project- International Network of Women in Contemporary Theatre marked its 25th anniversary with a Festival in Cardiff it's birthplace, the launching of a new website www.themagdlaenaproject.org and a book: Legacy and Challenge: TheMagdalenaProject@25. The founders of the Project contribute key chapters offering their distinct persectives on the history and growth of the Project. The book also consists 44 shorter contributions from leading international artists and academics who have contributed significantly to the Project since its inception.
