Abstract
This article aims to explore and reveal the relationship between mathematics and artistic process as evidenced in the making of the Fractal Clock. This work has been led, developed and advanced as much by number and numeric calculation as it has by aesthetic principle. The publication will present and reflect upon the role and function of number within this specific aesthetic process.
