Abstract
I was invited to talk on Networking of libraries at the international conference on Building Knowledge Repositories organised by the National Institute of Fashion Technology in Delhi, 7-9 February 2008. This 40-slide PowerPoint presentation covers a brief history of networks in libraries (from 1970s), describes some current developments (e.g. consortia for acquiring e-resources, networking and VLEs etc) and concludes with some likely developments in the future.
