Abstract

The literature review evaluates the potential of a range of by-products from the agricultural, greenhouse, forestry, food processing and bioenergy sectors and agro-forestry systems as feed components in organic and low-input dairy systems. The variability of the raw materials available. Innovative use of novel and underutilized feed resources has the potential to improve the efficiency of the 'green economy'.
