N2 - In this concluding chapter, all authors who contributed to the manuscript share their reflection, experiences and feelings in writing their respective chapters. Many revert to the time when the book was completed and when the world globally faced the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was almost impossible not to do this. Their words are analysed to note challenges, opportunities, relationships and motivations for librarians and information scientists to embrace both autoethnographic writing and the reading of autoethnographies.
