Abstract

Commissioned and presented, within a public loft space studio, at Chapter, Cardiff, 'Welsh Landscapes (tellings)' was a intimate performance event readdressing material from the previously realised large-scale theatre work 'Patagonia', within the social gathering of a located ensamble public reading, including one performer participating via live mobile phone link from the Patagonian site narrated within the text. The work being realised with the context of Brookes and Pearson's long-term collaboration, and presented under the umbrella of their performance collective 'Pearson/Brookes'.
